When you contact our sales team, we collect your name, work email, company, team size, the AICO System apps you select, and any message you choose to include.

When your organization uses NEMOPH, we process account details such as names, email addresses, departments, and the apps each person uses, needed to run the shared employee directory.

We use sales request details only to contact you about NEMOPH. We use platform data only to operate, secure, and support the service for your organization.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep sales requests for as long as needed to follow up, and platform data for as long as your organization keeps its account.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to correct, to erase or block, to data portability, and to claim damages. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

When your employer uses NEMOPH, your employer decides how your employee data is used, and we process it on their instructions. Requests about that data can go to your employer or to us, and we will help them respond.
